Additional relaxations include:

  • Telangana government employees: Up to 5 years, based on service
  • Ex-servicemen: 3 years plus length of military service
  • NCC instructors: 3 years plus qualifying NCC service

Eligible Home Guards may apply up to the prescribed relaxed age limit, provided they have completed at least 360 days of duty within the previous two years and continue to serve.

The Board has also confirmed the one-time application fee for Police Constable Civil, Armed Reserve, SAR CPL, SPF Constable, Fire Fighter and Warder posts.

All other candidates ₹1,200

The fee covers the complete recruitment process, including the Part-I application, preliminary written test, Part-II application, physical tests, final written examination, certificate verification and result processing.

Candidates applying under more than one common recruitment procedure will receive a fee reduction for each additional procedure. The rebate is ₹50 for Telangana-local SC and ST candidates and ₹100 for OC and BC candidates and other applicants.

Aadhaar Face Authentication Required

Candidates have been advised to install the official Aadhaar application on their smartphones before filling out the Part-I application. The application process will use Aadhaar Face Authentication, so applicants should ensure that their Aadhaar-linked details and mobile device are ready before registration.

After completing the application, candidates must download and print the finally submitted form for future reference. Post preferences, personal details and uploaded documents should be checked carefully because incorrect information may affect candidature at later stages.
